CEO. Everyman Clothing Co.
i am a lifelong martial artist, having run 2 successful martial arts and fitness related businesses here in burlington, one of those businesses being almost 25 years old. The covid pandemic ripped both businesses away from us. i found myself at 50 years old with no income, no direction and my mental health was in a very bad place. as i worked my way through my issues, i found that there was very little help available to men. lots for women and families, but very little for men. i also was able to see just how easily it was for someone that was quite successful to become homeless overnight. i had a saying that kept rolling through my head day after day, and that was 'we carry the burden'. that then rolled into Everyman, which is a clothing brand i created to help bring awareness and raise funds for mens social issues. mens homelessness, mens mental health, prostate and testicular cancer. afflictions that hit men quite hard.
