Gus Minor, is a proud husband, father and the co-founder of Sofvie, a mining safety software company near Sudbury, Ontario.
Having had his own personal experience with workplace tragedy and a being a former underground worker himself, Gus is now the Chief Innovation Officer and is leading the company on a path toward a zero-harm, well-informed workplace, starting by putting people first.
Gus shares with storybooks how these are words he lives by having years earlier walked away from a successful IT business he had spent years building from scratch simply to focus on being a more present father and family man.
