In this Stay On Course moment, I shared a story from 2009 that still stands out. I was invited to teach whatever I wanted, so I taught about purpose. Instead of encouragement, I was pulled into an office and told we do not talk about that here.

At the time, it made me question whether I was in the wrong place or simply ahead of the conversation. Years later, especially after Covid, that same conversation became unavoidable. People realized how fragile life is and how deeply purpose matters.

Purpose was never a trend. It was just ahead of its time.
