My new guidebook to life!
I started listening to podcasts very recently and was very unsure about which ones to subscribe to. So I just made an Internet search for best podcast- and obviously found ‘something you should know’ in that list. And honestly, I’ve been hooked. Every day while finishing my house chores I at least listen to some bit of the podcast. Mike Carruthers is a great and knowledgable host and I enjoy his choice of topics and experts who speak on the show, especially when it comes to psychology and mind. This show has changed a my actions in a lot of ways, I trust it to do it even more and Make me a better and more efficient person. Thank you :)

The best ever podcast
If you don’t have time to listen to two podcasts and just want to pick one to follow and listen regularly this is what you need to follow and listen. I learned heaps of great things about everything since I’ve been listening to this podcast.

A Great podcast to increase your knowledge on life skills!
A wonderful podcast with a cool host, knowledgeable guests with expertise in varied areas related to life skills. I regularly listen to the podcasts during my evening walks. I just like this podcast very much.

Really good podcast
It’s been 2 years I am listening to SYSK without a dull moment. It is amazing how every subject is about something going on in our life no matter what stage of it we’re in. Fun, informative, educational with inspiring guests. I like how the interviews go straight to the point, no waste of time. The ideas and books and other podcasts it led me to know about is priceless. Thank you Mike for always asking the sharp questions, for reading into the minds of your listeners and not holding back on being honest.

A Favourite
This is one of my favourite podcasts. Not only is it the PERFECT length for my drive to work, but I learn things that I can actually apply to my life all the time. Mike has the perfect amount of skepticism in many of his interviews, which I appreciate. I recommend this podcast to . . . everybody. :-)

Mind Opening
Love this podcast for its information. Host has a knack for asking excellent questions, which really takes the conversation to another level, and allows you to consider the subject from every angle...so stimulating. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Has made a difference in my life
SYSK has made a difference in my life. I commute for an hour every day driving back and forth and Mike Carruthers has opened my life horizons in many aspects. He almost always asks the question I am ready to ask and gets the reaction I needed to see in his guests.
He´s also made me decide to launch my own podcast. It is a "huge" challenge because I don't have a great voice and I am not native English speaking (although my podcast will be in Spanish).
Oh! and every once in a while I learn something I should know.
