Wow, couldn’t DISagree with COPY CAT more! I listen to both shows. With STUFF, you get Josh and Chuck which is great and with SOMETHING you get two guest experts in every episode which brings new voices, opinions and perspective to each topic. Let’s enjoy the SYSKs without the negativity.

This is by far my most favorite podcast. The topics are interesting and the guests are knowledgeable. Mike asks the same question I would ask.

Some of this stuff could be looked up on the internet. Save yourself from the rhetoric. Too long and dry and some of the guests aren’t experts on the subjects. I’d rather listening to a show that’s entertaining.

I love this podcast because it covers so many relevant topics and things I’ve never thought of before. I especially like the small bite advice that pertain to everyday topics to help improve, live, or understand life better. There’s something for everyone!

Engaging interviewer who presents great info and summarizes research findings into manageable bites. Many times Carruthers has pointed me to authors whose work I want to do a deeper dive into. Good stuff.

We were looking for something to listen to whilst driving with our family and really liked how they got straight into it. But with absolutely no warning the August lying episode just ruined Christmas and Easter for our kids forever 🥲

Something for everyone

One of my favorite go-to podcasts! Always fascinating information. I love how Mike doesn’t just coddle his guests, but sometimes challenges them and asks insightful questions that help the listener truly understand and relate to what’s being shared.

Very interesting and entertaining podcast. I recommend it to native speakers and non-native ones, because it’s very helpful for English learners too. Thanks for preparing it

I recently discovered Something You Should Know and have been delighted by the interesting topics and great experts he has on his podcast. I just binge listen to 3 shows during my hike. And he also throws in a couple of short factoid where you end up going, “huh, well that makes sense. Good to know.”

I love listening this podcast while I am on the treadmill. Every episode is different and interesting. Interviews of experts talk about their field. Today I learned something new about communication and listening. The topics are always factual, which is what makes this podcast great.
