John is an amazing person who’s so outgoing and happy to help anyone who needs it. He’s been working hard and staying busy with deals, so I have no doubt he’ll have valuable information to share in the months to come! Can’t wait to see the guests he has on!

Where has this podcast been all my life?! Seriously, the lessons that John shares are amazing and I am so grateful he takes the time to share with us so freely. This podcast is an absolute must for anyone involved with real estate.

Sometimes the experts seem unapproachable and hard to relate to... especially in real estate where few really "make it". John comes across very simple, genuine, and relatable. Plus, he's a practitioner! He's living the stuff that he's teaching right now! That's so important because the lessons he brings are being learned by him at the same time! Oh, I also like that the episodes are short! Excellent work, John!

It was such a comfort to hear John mention that in addition to sharing what brought him wins and successes that he’ll be sharing what he’s learned NOT to do!
