As a newer Realtor, I cannot tell you how amazing this Podcast is! When you become a Realtor, you take your courses and you do your training but there is so much that you don’t learn about the day to day experiences and interactions that are a crucial part of surviving in this business. There were times that I felt like I was stranded on an island, alone. Hearing John’s stories of trial and error, failure and success, and what works and what doesn’t have been so very helpful for me. Getting that first hand perspective that makes you feel like you’re not the only one is such a comfort! The guests he interviews are amazing too! Even though many aren’t Realtors, they bring awesome perspective on what it’s like running your own business. The interviews are both inspirational and motivational! I am also very invested in John and his career and hearing about his continued success! It helps me have the confidence to set bigger goals for myself and my business.
