Message #118 - Give People Props For Their Abilities, Not How Their Abilities Affect You

Just because a person has a special gift that you have little use for, doesn't mean they didn't put a lot of effort into mastering their gift. You should give that person respect for what they needed to do to get their, even if 'their' is not a place you liked to be.
