The Cowboys have a new defensive brain, but can he fix this?
Welcome to the Dallas Cowboys Blitzcast by DSP Media in partnership with CowboysSI.com. Colby Sapp and Timm “IndyCarTim” Hamm are your hosts as we discuss all things Dallas Cowboys and all things NFL.
We review the wildcard round as it gave us a couple of surprises and give our picks and predictions for the upcoming divisional round as well. Dan Quinn is our new defensive coordinator but can his “4-3 Under” scheme fix this? What does that even mean?
The Philadelphia Eagles have fired Doug Pederson and have shown interest in Kellen Moore. Can the Cowboys dodge another Kellen Moore bullet? With that information, we power rank the head coaching positions in the league.
In the ‘PLUS’ portion of the show this week we examine the Jim Harbaugh / Michigan extension and try to make sense of all of that and touch on Alabama and the Nick Saban legacy. The Dallas Stars have COVID and have delayed the start to their season while the Tampa Bay Lightning debut their Stanley Cup banner but don’t yet raise it to the rafters. James Hardin got traded but does anyone care? Then we say goodbye to Tommy Lasorda and offer the story of his feud with the Phillie Phanatic.
