Tiny Homes: How to be a Minimalist | EDIT09

Tiny Homes: How to be a Minimalist | EDIT09

On this Edit, Anna talks to Jessika Houston of Glitter N’ Grace Coaching all about her new ‘tiny home’ - a 400 square-foot dream-home she built during Covid to downsize her belongings, realign with herself and discover a whole new set of priorities. This edit is packed with wisdom from ‘how to start a new chapter of your life’ to ‘how to cut down on your stuff and live a more minimalist life.’ Jessika also talks to us about the challenges she has faced living ‘tiny’ and about her all-new coaching program.

About the Guest:

Additionally, Jessika is the Lead Program Facilitator for Surrey Shares, a program focused on supporting seniors through life skills and storytelling. In her spare time, Jessika loves to travel, enjoys blogging about her tiny home journey and is currently collaborating with 20 women to write an anthology.

Anna was born with a deep fascination for letters - a fascination that deepened when she discovered those letters could turn into words, those words into sentences and those sentences into stories. Not surprisingly, Anna graduated from The University of Victoria, with a Degree in both English and Gender Studies, fuelling her eventual mission to put the power of words back into the hands of women.

Despite multiple other certifications along the way, including one with world-renowned author and personal transformation pioneer, Deepak Chopra, it was ultimately her personal battle with post-traumatic stress, depression and anxiety that became the catalyst for the work she does now, as she helps pave the way for others to live with vulnerability and courage whether they are online, offline or on stage.
