The One Question to Ask Yourself | UA98

The One Question to Ask Yourself | UA98

Before you set your goals for next year, there’s one question I’d recommend you ask yourself. This question will reveal answers, possibly surprising answers, about what’s most important to you. Your answers will provide useful guidance for your decisions about what you want in 2023.

In this episode, I reveal the question, and then I ask it of myself.

Before I recorded this, I wrote the first five answers that came up for me in point form. In the episode, I elaborate off-the-top on each point. I discovered that even my most trivial answers had an important meaning for me.

As you hear me go through my answers, you’ll get a sense of how to approach this question in a way that’s useful for you.

I hope you’ll try answering this question for yourself. I’d suggest quickly writing down the first 3-10 things that come up for you. After that, take time when you have it to dive deeper into each answer.

I’d love to hear from you if you came up with unexpected answers you find helpful. If you’d like to share them with me, write to me at heather@gracedcanvas.com

Have fun. See you in 2023!

ABOUT ME:

I’m a former international tax lawyer and senior partner of Ernst & Young in Toronto, where I serviced banks and other large multinationals and led a large group of professionals.

My life expanded when I left the law in 2014 to learn how to paint, something I’d always dreamt of doing, but had no reason to believe was possible for me. After a couple years of painting and selling my work, I became passionate about helping other people who yearn to feel more personally fulfilled, invigorated and soul connected in their lives every day, and I became certified as a life coach.

I now spend my time painting, coaching, and creating live events at GRACE Studio (more formally, the “George Russell Academy of Creative Expansion”) in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada. And, of course, producing this podcast for you.
