Public Speaking, Fear and Being Yourself | UA04

Public Speaking, Fear and Being Yourself | UA04

In this episode, I tell a story about how I overcame my fear of pubic speaking and the important lessons I learned about just being myself.

We spend too much time catering to the “they” we’re so convinced are out there waiting to judge us. This keeps us from showing up as our best selves and reaching our highest potential.

At the end of this episode, I share some questions to help you think a bit deeper about the reasons you’re not already going all out to achieve the goals you really want.

My mission in this podcast is to help you find the freedom to become who you want. In every episode, I arm you with one useful idea or strategy you can use immediately to start taking your life in a beautiful, new direction.

MY PODCAST LAUNCH CONTEST – FIRST 4 WEEKS ONLY!

To celebrate the first 4 weeks of my podcast launch, I’ve created a super fun contest. To enter the contest, you’ll need to subscribe to the podcast and leave me a review, and then post your photo on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn and tag me (https://www.instagram.com/gracedcanvascoaching/, https://www.facebook.com/heatherirenekerr, https://www.linkedin.com/in/heatherkerr/) or send me an email to heather@gracedcanvas.com with a copy of your photo.

When I see your photo, I’ll add your name to a hat. I’ll be doing a weekly draw for a free one-hour dream analysis session with me. This session is something outside my normal coaching program, so it’s a rare opportunity. It’s a fun and useful way to access deeper truths about what you really want and the wisdom you need to know right now. If you’re not the kind of person who remembers your dreams, no problem. I have another fun way I apply the dream methodology to your waking thoughts. I guarantee you’ll be surprised at what you learn about yourself.

ABOUT ME:

I’m a former international tax lawyer and senior partner with Ernst & Young. I left the law in 2014 to learn how to paint. After a couple years painting and selling my work, I became passionate about helping other people who feel stuck in their careers and want to feel more personally fulfilled, invigorated and soul connected. I now spend my time painting, coaching and creating live events at the George Russell Academy of Creative Expansion in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario, Canada.
