Susan Dascenzi – The Spiritually Expressed Human

Susan Dascenzi – The Spiritually Expressed Human

Never feeling like she belonged, Susan Dascenzi had lived through 6 violent sexual assaults starting at the age of 5. After the last one at the age of 28, she was prepared to end it all and wrote her 2-year-old son her suicide note. Reading it over, she found herself reconnecting with her 4-year-old self that renewed her belief that we are more expansive than just our physical human self. From there she decided to live a life of no more fear and began her journey into becoming a Licensed Psychotherapist and Spiritual and Emotional Resiliency Coach.

Don’t miss these Highlights:

  • Tired of listening to therapists tell her to let go of the past, she started her journey into learning how to incorporate her past experiences to become a whole person
  • Understanding the smaller traumas that impact our lives
  • Dealing with the fears and uncertainties from Pandemic Trauma, Stress Dysfunction (a variant term to PTSD) that is currently happening to everyone
  • Her move from successful private practices to forging a path of her own and trials and tribulations behind that
  • Listen to your “heart’s voice” to direct you into action and all the rest will follow
