Leadership, Labels, Introverts and Extroverts

What does a ‘label’ do for us? How are they helpful? How are they hurtful? Who are you without that label? We use the example of being labeled (or taking on the identity) as an ‘introvert’ or an ‘extrovert’ as a springboard into this topic. 

Reflection questions:

  • Where do you label others, or feel labeled by others, and is there some other outcome from these labels? 
  • How can you turn something around that was limiting for you and use it to your advantage?
