In today's episode Betsy and Laura are honored to be joined by Stacey Trottier-Mousseau. Stacey’s story is unique and her perspective on health and wellness is sure to leave you inspired!  A former combat arms soldier, Stacey was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis while on deployment to Afghanistan in 2006; a finding that would ultimately end her 17-year military career.  Today she is not only sharing her personal story but also her passion for holistic living and what it means to be an advocate in your own health journey. We cover many topics: like the downsides to pharmaceuticals, the role diet can play fighting chronic illness and even childbirth!

 

* Stacey Trottier-Mousseau is an Integrative Health Coach, Yoga Teacher (YTT 200), Reiki Master, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, and Empowerment Coach; Stacey offers her community, holistic options to achieve optimal health through an integrated approach to total wellness.  Through lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and the incorporation of various holistic forms of healing, Stacey learned to manage MS without reliance on pharmaceutical medicine, surpassing all expectations and living an extraordinary life.
