Hello, welcome to another episode of Entrepreneur School. In this one, I need to catch you up on what has been going on behind the scenes, and also in front of the scenes. But lately, for the last, oh two plus months, I have been in in launch mode and relaunch mode, sort of talking about pointing everything towards this rare new program that I have just rolled out. And I want to spend some time today to talk to you about it, about how I came up with the visibility revolution, why I created it, who it's for, how it could help you. And what's included if you decide that you want to join. Basically, whenever I meet entrepreneurs and why I even started my business was to support small business owners into in promoting themselves, it's not something that we necessarily find comes natural to us, especially if our specialty and entrepreneurship is literally anything except for marketing. So when you are struggling with trying to figure out how to put yourself out there, you need a guide. So you start heading to all of these courses on how to do these really tactical things like hands up, if you've ever bought an Instagram course, or an SEO course or a how to build a website or or a networking training, or anything like that, thinking that that might be the key to figuring out how to get yourself more visible.

Kelly Sinclair:

Well, the truth is, in my experience, as someone with 15 plus years in marketing and communications, there is no one size fits all strategy that you can use. Every single business is different, you have a different audience, you have a different skill set, different services, and quite honestly, a different set of desires and interests or your own style that's going to affect the types of ways that you will successfully find clients and get yourself visible. So it's more than just the tactics themselves. It's more than how many times a week should I be posting on Instagram? Or do I need to use those friending audios or whether you should go to 16 networking events every single month, it's not just about that it's about creating a strategy that's going to work for you. And so that is why I developed the visibility revolution. This is a program that teaches you how to build your own custom visibility plan, while also doing it in real time. So this is something that I think is really important.

Kelly Sinclair:

My program is not just something that you learn and you don't implement, the whole purpose of this is implementing as you go. So that's why I keep saying that it's like a digital course and a challenge had a baby. Because we're taking action, we are making sure that we're showing up and we are taking those external facing visibility actions every single week. And this program runs for the course of eight weeks. So in 60 days, you can build so much momentum and create so much impact and amazing results for your business. I know this, I did this. I know this. I've seen my clients do this. It's when you actually take those actions every day. Because let's be honest, what you're doing sometimes is being behind the scenes, is writing another plan or trying to rework your website content or thinking about like maybe you should read another book and you need to feel more qualified to do things. You need some more training, those kinds of things. And all of those things can be great and helpful in growing your business. But what you can do that will move the needle faster is focused on connecting with one person or one audience. Every single Day. So we do this while not every single day, but as much as possible in my prescribed amount of times per day, or week. Words, words are hard.

Kelly Sinclair:

So we do this through going on what I call a visibility tour. So the visibility tour has a theme, meaning that you're choosing one of your core offers or your core service areas to focus on and become really well known for that particular thing over the course of your 60 days, because people only see portions of what you do online, you need to keep that topic really focused, so that they really start to see you as the go to person on that particular topic or niche. So we pick a theme, and then we start implementing your visibility tour with three to five simple actions each week, and these are going to build up. So you're going to start with three, and then you're going to do four, and then you're going to do five, and honestly, these things that I'm going to share with you, they take less than 10 minutes a day, they are actions that involve somebody else that are all somebody else in your journey that allow you to get a result like a response, a yes, or a no or R or a reaction or you start a conversation, or you start a collaboration, there's so many amazing things that can come from this. Sometimes it's just, it's the thing that you've put on your to do list and you've kept moving it every single week. And now you need to just do that thing. I remember for me, I had somebody I wanted to reach out to about speaking at their event, and their event was really big and like in person with hundreds of people. And I thought I don't know if I feel like qualified to know what I'm going to talk about if I asked to be a speaker, but I waited for like two months to reach out to this person to say, Hey, I wanted to talk to you about being a speaker. What does that look like? Do you have a application form can we have a conversation etc. And then finally, we connected and were able to go back and forth about that and have created a relationship now, in that when there is another event, I may be able to have an opportunity to speak on it. What I would not have gotten is an opportunity had I not reached out at all. So those are the kinds of things that really can move the needle, as far as you getting more visibility, more exposure, and ultimately building an audience that will help you grow your business.

Kelly Sinclair:

So I want to explain that a visibility tour is what I call a pre launch strategy, which means it's not something that we're doing in order to necessarily create sales right now. However, that can certainly be a result. Because when you reach out to somebody who you say, met at a networking event, and you connect with them, because you felt like you might be a good fit to work together that absolutely can lead into you having conversations or discovery call or whatnot or sending a proposal. And that's that's one thing that has definitely happened for me as well. But when we think about launching an offer, we think about all of the marketing that needs to happen to sort of really build that up. What are the key aspects is creating awareness in advance. So for the 60 days prior to you launching a new offer, or a new service, or having a sale of some kind, so whether that's Black Friday, maybe you have Holiday Sale planned, or promo you want to do in December, early in the year, really, at any time of the year, this process works. It's about creating awareness on that topic that you chose your visibility to our theme, because we need to get your audience to be aware of the problem that they have the solutions that are available for it and start talking about the actual thing that can help them that you sell in advance before even selling it. So this pre launch strategy is really important because I have launched before without doing this big runway without really having any structure in place beforehand. Because sometimes, you know, you just got to be messy and put things out there and that's okay. But it can be really helpful when you design everything that you're doing to point towards when they and that's goes into having a really strategic content plan that helps guide you. So inside of the visibility revolution, we talk about the different types of content that you need to create. And now it's not just all educational, how to content. I have a framework called ABCDE of content that explains the different types that actually will take your audience on a journey, and have them understand, feel seen, heard, understood, feel like they build trust with you see you as an authority see you as a trusted partner, and see your solution as something that they're interested in.

Kelly Sinclair:

So ultimately, this is the kind of content that can actually convert people into clients. So all of that is inside of the visibility revolution, under content planning, as well, I'm giving you my a system for how to organize, plan and create and repurpose content for any platforms that you're using. I never tell you what platforms is going to be the best for you. That's a matter of what do you actually like doing? Do you want to create videos? Do you want to blog? Do you want to write a book? Do you want to be on LinkedIn, like, choose that and choose that based on where your audience actually is, as well. And those are the factors to consider. It's not about a prescription of like, you have to follow this Instagram strategy is I don't believe and the and as I mentioned before, communications and marketing is always fluctuating depending on your business. And I have never written the same plan for any client in 15 years, it is always a unique combination of tactics that fit into it to help you to achieve your goals. A couple of other important things that we're doing inside of the visibility revolution, is learning about email marketing, and the importance of capturing the visibility that you're getting. So where it's not very valuable for you to be in a parade, for example, just because you get 1000s of eyeballs on your business, there's also there's no way for you to know who those people were. And there's no way for you to stay in touch with them. So what you want is a way to actually bring people into your world, which involves you starting and growing an email list, using a lead magnet and giving away something valuable, that brings people in that it's very specific to the topic that you talk about, which means that your leads and your audience on that email list become very, very targeted and actually interested. So they're much warmer potential clients than simply just people on social media, or even if you are trying to select an irrelevant networking event or something like that to go to. So that is a huge piece, those content, the content building, and the lead magnet and email development that comes as in terms of like sets, you will actually create for yourself as part of this program. And then we move into systematizing your visibility, which means there's just a few things to help you organize yourself better, some quick references, some some things that you need to have on hand, in order to really grow your visibility. So say for example, you decide you want to start speaking, you want to start looking for podcast opportunities, or groups just speak it or whatnot. And I give you my magical visibility vault and you find all of these places where you can get access to the opportunities for these kinds of talks. Well, what happens when you start applying for them, you're going to need the same types of information for each of these things. So I help you build out your toolbox to keep them really organized and top of mind and at hand at your fingertips. So that it's easy to apply. Because if applying for a podcast means filling out a form, and you have to recreate the wheel every single time, it's going to take you a lot longer, you're probably not going to apply for the podcasts, you're not going to get on as many planets. Last week on Monday, I applied for five speaking opportunities in under an hour, because I had all of this stuff at my fingertips. And that's exactly what I want to help you do inside of the program.

Kelly Sinclair:

So you're going to leave here with everything that you need organized, systematized these core systems and assets built for yourself that's really going to simplify visibility into the future. And then we're going to talk about how to measure results. We're going to capture everything that you do see the growth, the see the audience growth, to see the visibility, like in terms of how much you are sharing, watch yourself get pushed out of your comfort zone and do some amazing things inside of this program. I'm truly so excited about it. And I wanted to just take the time to break this down for you so that you can see the value of what happens inside of the visibility revolution. And truly, if you've been saying to yourself, I just need to get more visible or are other people are telling you on your team or whatnot around, you need to be more visible. But you're like, I just don't know, like, where to start with that. This is exactly why I created this program, I wanted to space for people to actually be able to figure out the plan, and implement it and get results at the same time.
