Diving in Heart First

Susan talks about getting the sudden change that we experience when a new job, new romance or the loss of either. It’s wild when life changes overnight and we find ourself diving into projects, work or a relationship. The anticipation and possibilities can blur our vision, remove our boundaries, and create a quiet chaos that will slowly rise within. It might be 2 months or 6 months, but at some point we come up for air to realize that life as we knew it has not only changed, but we have too. Getting lost in this has both reward and disruption. The need to reconnect to ourself and recalibrate to feel grounded is essential, all while still showing up in our newly shaped life.
