From Autopilot To Self-Awareness

In today's episode, I have a very special guest on the show. My former client Anna K joins me to discuss trauma and healing

Trauma causes a lot of us to go day to day on autopilot and avoid feeling our emotions. When we start healing we create room to safely grow. As we grow and heal we become more aware of who we truly are underneath it all. It's a beautiful cycle of development and Anna was kind enough to share some of her experiences with us. What it looks like when we ask What instead of why and how to reconnect to yourself after being disconnected

Like everything we try to overcome it takes time to get yourself into a new way of being, myself included, change work is hard stuff, but, it's about the journey along the way and what you learn about yourself that matters most.
