Mama Stay Sane with Kimberly Vieley | CNC12

Did you say Namaste?  Ohhh Mamaste!  Yes, things are crazy when you have little kids and you’re trying to launch business.  Today I sit down with Kim Vieley, an accountability and mindset specialist, to talk about the importance of self care.  Often, those words imply spending money and physical appearance.  But self care is also mental and taking the time you need to be focused and 100%.  Kim talks about all the different things us mamas can do to take care of ourselves without a trip to the nail salon or the spa….which is also needed too.

Want more Kim and Heather?  Join us tonight for our Chaos n’ Cocktails: Helping Mama Stay Sane Event tonight at 9pm EST/ 8pm CST in our Facebook group.  It will be so much fun and a form of self care!

About the Guest:

Kimberly Vieley is a mindset and productivity mentor; specifically helping moms to get "unstuck" and create a life of passion and purpose. Her career and title has shifted through the years, from hair stylist to health coach, and even adding in the amazing role of mom; but the underlying theme she's carried through it all is her heart for helping women to transform their lives from the inside out. With over 10 years of coaching women in various seasons of life, she has witnessed the essential need and power of helping women to makeover their mindset and take action in order to get out the cycle of stuck and overwhelmed, and into a life lived with purpose.

As a devoted wife and hands-on mom to two young girls (ages 5 and 7) she knows how crazy and demanding it can all be. We wear many hats, and the days can be overwhelming. It's easy to lose yourself, and forget what made you YOU. Kim teaches how to put the right systems in place, practical ways to fill your cup each day, and use your gifts and passion to be a blessing to others.

About the Host:

Following the crumbs in the chaos is a full time job.  As a busy mom of three, a wife to a traveling hubby, and keeping it weird in Austin, Texas, it’s safe to say that my life is never boring. In addition to running my coaching business as C’N’C’s CEO, I’m a certified coach for a premier virtual fitness and nutrition program helping others feel better while sustaining a healthy lifestyle.  My mom and dad are thrilled that I’m putting my Exercise Science degree to good use.  Along with my experience training pro athletes, S.W.A.T. members, and a high school football team, I gained 10+ years experience as the Director of Marketing building multiple court reporting companies.

Lastly, I am a published writer, Content Coordinator, and Account Executive for a publication by Best Version Media.  They even gave me a monthly “How to” column where I teach others how to be more self-sufficient with common household tasks.  Every woman should know how their home functions and what to do if something malfunctions, man or no man. With my husband on the road, searching “How To” on the internet has transformed me into a “Mommy MacGyver”. “I don’t know how you have the time.”  “You’re like a Supermom!”  These are common things that people say, but the truth is that life hasn’t always been easy or pretty.  Even with the bumps, I always try to find the humor in everything because laughter is good for the soul and you should never take life too seriously….where’s the fun in that?
