About the Guest:

Mimi Prunella Hernandez, M.S., R.H. (AHG), is a clinical herbalist and ethnobotanist with a master of science in herbal medicine. She is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild and has served as its executive director for 10 years. In 2023, she received a Botanical Excellence Award from the American Botanical Council and was honored as a Mark Blumenthal Herbal Community Builder. Hernandez lives in the foothills of North Carolina, where she stewards and advocates for native medicinal plants in the Ponder Land Sanctuary.
