For many years I have been living with stress. Always worrying about what might happen next, whether I am good enough, what if I don't make it? What if I lose all my savings?. I have been living in constant fear and that led to depression and anxiety. Thanks to meditation and self-help books I have been able to recover. This episode has taught me a valuable lesson. The ability to live in the present moment and channel all my energy on the things I can control right now rather than worrying about a future event that hasn't happened yet. In this episode, I have learned it is important to always live in the now and I will find so much freedom and happiness that there will be no more stress.
I have these affirmations written on my screensaver and always read them on daily basis, they go by.., I always Succeed, I am an achiever, I am free from Negativity, I trust myself to execute and My life is better. By having these positive affirmations and reading them on a daily basis and thinking and saying them when I meditate, it sets a motion in my brain and I am able to live with them on a daily basis. Having a positive affirmation meditation can result in great changes in life. I look forward to digging deeper into this.
What I love about this episode is the fact that it put more emphasis on how someone can focus and have a clear vision of what is needed to be done in life so as to have success. I decided to practice meditation two years ago and since then my life has been so good. I learned a lot about Journaling along the way and I always keep my notebook with me so that I can write down some powerful ideas that I find along the way. In today's busy and stressful world it is necessary to take a pause. Take a pause and reflects on your life and everything that is happening around you. Peer pressure is high and the demand to fit in increases each day. I have learned in this episode how to focus on my personal development and just pause once in a while. I have decided to turn off my electronic devices for 3 hours each day just to have time with myself. Such a powerful way to remove negative energy within our bodies and balance the Chakral Sacral in our bodies to allow energy to flow and let the manifestation of what we need in life happen. Removing negative energy from our bodies and minds creates a space for the healing process to take place. Om chanting helps a lot, especially with the music that enables one to relax and completely shut down other noises. I will keep on practicing this method and free myself from all negative energies stored in my body and mind.
Throughout my life, I have been aware of this great wisdom on how a positive mindset can lead to an abundant life. A positive mind can accomplish almost everything in this universe. The Brain is the most powerful tool humans have. To be able to meditate and focus on the now, we help to alter so many chemical reactions in our brains and allow them to stay calm. It is vital to have this moment so often because we are allowing our brains to focus and channel-specific information or energy into one thing. Listening to this episode has made me realize that meditation slows down aging as well and that can be such a positive thing. With the loss of muscles and memory at an old age, only meditation can help us stay in a good state and remember for a long period of time.
AWESOME! I'm having trouble meditating and this helps! I have Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy and this approach with tension then relaxation hits the target in getting tuned in to my body and getting in control. My nerves were firing away in agitation this morning and with just the first time using this I got them calmed down. I'm looking at using this to manage my pain (nerve, muscular & joint). I wish it were longer & slower, but with more practice in this one, I can work into my own unguided routine. Do you have one for tinnitus on the horizon? This is an intrusive obstacle screaming while trying to institute quietness & order.
