The goal of this study was to evaluate the effect of music with a frequency of 528 Hz on the endocrine and autonomic nervous systems using both objective and subjective assessments. 

Stress levels were found to be lower after five minutes of listening to music with a frequency of 528 Hz, but not music with a frequency of 440 Hz, as indicated by salivary biomarkers, an electrocardiogram, and a mood state questionnaire.

We discovered that when individuals listened to music at 528 Hz, their mean levels of cortisol decreased while their mean levels of oxytocin increased.
