Stephen Kent is currently a professor of religious studies and sociology of religion at the University of Alberta in Canada. He continues with Rachel, voicing his perspective on several current political topics.
The conversation picks up in discussing the current protests in Hong Kong, and how religious alignment can play a role in developing a biased infrastructure. They were able to converse on a large range of topics including the current global environmental movement, misinformation through private organizations, and the potential effects of alt-right views on the US.
Stay tuned, Before You Go: Rachel has some announcements about her upcoming episodes, including a one-on-one informational storytelling episode, similar to 'Home Invasion'.
Rachel adds her final two cents to the topics discussed, and shares a personal story about the effects of bias as an automated response to change.
