If you’ve ever experienced retaliation at work blatantly or subtlety, this episode is for you with executive coach, author and contributor to Harvard Business Review, Sarah Noll Wilson. Terms and real world concepts like retaliation, corporate gaslighting, protecting the ego against negative feedback and intellectual honesty are all practically and compellingly explored.

I’m attracted to this podcast for it’s important focus in the future of work. I stay because I can trust Nola’s interviews to be interesting. She asks thoughtful questions of her guests, and that leads to interesting answers. Nola’s interviews feel like actual conversations, where the participants are collaborating, rather than a list of questions the host has asked the guest.

I had the pleasure of being a guest on Nola’s podcast ‘The Story of Corporate’ and the experience was exceptional! Being my first podcast, I was a bit nervous but Nola made me feel very comfortable and made it fun and enjoyable. We had a lot of laughs (and bloopers!) Nola has great insight, drive and a passion that is evident in each episode. Definitely worth tuning in! 5 STARS!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Nola Simon in January of 2022. That meeting led to Nola’s appearance as a guest on The Change Zone. From that moment I knew Nola was someone that had much to say on issues that need attention. Nola is effervescent with her approach on how things are “really” and what needs to be tended to for sustainable change. Nola created the Janus Oasis podcast and invited me and my host partner of The Change Zone, Susan Sneath, as guests on her podcast. I felt like I was a guest in Nola’s home. She is warm, witty, and wise. Her spontaneous approach is masterfully woven with a strategic approach to the topic being discussed. Nola’s views on the Hybrid work environment as well as her refreshing approach to embodying change in leadership has the potential to shift organizations with a no-nonsense approach and a focus on sustainable change. Thank you, Nola, for all you contribute to the betterment of leaders everywhere!!!
