Mike upgraded in August to General

* This means Mike has more privileges in the HF frequencies
* Mike utilized hamstudy.org to study and find an online test to take
* Mike now operates primarily on 40m and 20m bands

Why upgrade?

* HF is long distance point to point communication
* This makes things a lot of fun and also very challenging
* New programs become available like Parks on the Air and Summits on the Air
