I’m listening to the Sept 1 episode intro. Marc is saying it’s crazy it’s been 16 years of the podcast… It is crazy! I can’t believe we’ve been able to be a fly on the wall for some of Marc’s most intimate and raw experiences. He gave us a peek into a real life. No wonder us fans feel so very connected to Marc, like we know him. And although Marc doesn’t know, I remember exactly what I was doing in that time of my life when I think back to old episodes.❤️

Your show has pushed me through countless hours on the road, struggling to stay awake from place to place. Even if I’m not familiar or interested with your guest, I have never missed your introduction over my 15 plus years of listening. I’ve always felt a deep connection with you as a human, your insecurities, struggles, and triumphs. There is no other podcast that connects me with nostalgia and love the way yours does. I immensely appreciate this glass bowl friendship we have, and I will truly miss your updates about your cats, your family, and your journey towards finding contentment and peace. Marc, I love you big guy. You were a kind and honest man with a huge heart. You have fought the good fight in this world of insanity. Brilliant delivery of current state of events, walks down memory lane in our day (boomers) and the discussion around the reality of being an obsessive neurotic! Hysterical justification of how you are thinking but afraid to say. Marc is brave and brilliant. Cross the line and follow the journey.

Not a review. Couldn’t contact you otherwise. Been listening since pandemic. I’ve learned a lot listening to you. I figured maybe you had tried the pheromones but we have used them and they really calm our cats down.

Hey really appreciate your honesty and sincerity—makes for a great listen. One thing I would appreciate (when listening to Awkwafina episode) was if you could do some research on your guest. In this case, doing a basic search. I think it shows interest and respect to put in a little back work. Thanks

Marc has conversational style of interviewing that allows us to learn about the host as well as the guest. The raw honesty and intimate nature of the dialogue creates a sense familiarity and inclusion for the audience. Wishing Marc and Brendon well for whatever comes next. Marc is amazing at his job. His intellect, curiosity, and knowledge about so many topics always makes the interviews so much more interesting. And I love the pre-interview life updates. I will miss his podcasts but hope he decides to continue on with some filmed interviews, one on one, like Letterman did (but sans audience). I could see those working out well.

Marc is the best interviewer! Everything flows so freely, no matter the guest! He’s hilarious, deep and is able to get people to open up! I don’t want the show to ever end!
