Marc, thank you for all the laughs, honesty, and heart you’ve shared over the years. Your podcasts have made me think, cry, and laugh in ways I didn’t expect, and somehow, you make it all feel like a conversation with an old friend. Also, I have to admit I might have had a little crush along the way. Wishing you endless joy and inspiration in whatever comes next you’ve left a mark that will stay with all of us who listened.

But why make it final? Why not leave open the possibility of future episodes - when perhaps you might need to speak out on a current event or even just to share your feelings on…… whatever?Maybe in a week. Or a month. Or in six months. Or maybe never. Whatever. So instead of “That’s it folks - buh bye” perhaps “Alright then, talk with you later.”“Maybe.”Thanks again, man.

Thank you for all the years, Marc! I’ve been listening to the show for over a decade. The final garage episode got me weepy. (Since going through the program I turned into a cryer. Haha If you know; you know.) I found you shortly before going into AA. You helped me to be more accepting of my neurotic tendencies and to find humor in them. I’ll miss our check-ins and updates. Haha But all parasocial relationships must come to end. <3

Wow, man, what a beautiful arc you’ve brought to this podcast. My Monday and Thursdays will never be the same, but you’re giving yourself such permission and chance for adventure that it’s a joy for all of us to continue to watch. Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened. And it was something👏

Wow. What a ride. I have enjoyed the podcast since discovering it during the pandemic. I have listened to every episode including the those pre-pandemic. You have a plethora of great interviews. Thank you for all you have done. I’ll look for you in future tours. Until then, see you later.

Not every episode is someone I care about but hearing Marc draw them out makes every episode enjoyable. And it’s free.

Loved the interview with Jaimie Lee, but all of the “yeahs” got in the way for me and made me stop listening. Just a small constructive criticism.

Really enjoyed the retrospective with Judd Apatow. What a great friend and it really showcased your ability to connect with people and your empathy. You will be very missed. Looking forward to seeing what you do next, which may be just enjoy life.
