Dear Matthew,

One of my closest friends lost his father 2 months ago. It's fathers day and I want to send him a message to show that he's not alone, that there are people who support him. I don't know if it's a good idea to send such a message today or not. Would you like to recieve such a message on fathers day or would this remind you more of him. I don't want this to have the opposite effect.
