This podcast is for you if you’ve ever wondered:
-
What happens when we face loss with honesty and tenderness?

How can we live with more presence, even in a world that rushes past what matters most?
-
Is it possible to grow spiritually without bypassing our pain?
- How to navigate life's challenges and become your best self in the process
My name is Dr. Karen Wyatt. I’m a hospice physician, author, and spiritual companion who’s spent decades exploring death, grief, healing, and the soul’s journey. This podcast is where I speak from the heart—without scripts or performance—about what I’m learning along the way. You'll discover tools, practices, wisdom, and stories to help you figure out what really matters in your own life.
Where to Begin
Here are a few episodes to get you started:
In this episode I talk about the perennial question of life: Why do bad things happen (to ALL people - not just good people.) It's important that we talk about this because we need to develop a mindset that helps us when unwanted things do happen in our lives.
In this episode I'll share a list of 10 tips and tools you can use to help you grow in consciousness day by day. Check out these ideas and pick 1 or 2 that you resonate with or that might fit into your schedule. Over time you can learn additional tools so that eventually you will have them all available to you whenever you need them.
In the episode I talk about why we each need to intentionally behave with kindness to counteract some of the negativity in our society.
