Nourished Neighborhood: Community Meal was started in February 2017 by Chef Traci Calderon, a chef and food entrepreneur, looking to fill a gap and create and connect community by serving a hot multi-course meal. Chef Traci discovered there was a gap in meals served to the senior and low-income community, and decided to make it an inclusive shared meal where guests from all facets of Pike Place Market and the downtown Seattle community can come and share a meal together. Served always on the first Wednesday of each month from 11:30-1:00 (on hold until further notice.).

In March 2020, when the COVID-19 Pandemic began to sweep through our country, we shifted gears and began preparing free delivered meals to home bound seniors and people living homeless throughout Downtown Seattle, and the Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Belltown and Ballard neighborhoods.
