8. Auditing Your Circle & “Drafting” Mentors
Let's face it: Some of the relationships in our lives are well past their expiration dates.
This doesn't necessarily mean we need to start cutting people off, but we may need to limit the amount of time we spend with them.
Over the years, I’ve learned to draft people into my life the same way professional teams draft players.
I want to be around people who can execute, and bring out the best in me.
It's said that a wise person learns from his/her mistakes. A wiser person learns from others' mistakes. But the wisest person of all learns from others’ successes.
