On today's episode I'm joined by former University of Minnesota football captain, and current Director of Affinity Engagement, Steve Davis!

Steve is an experienced Engagement Director with a demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, creatively solve problems, and build relationships. 

He prides himself on being a humble servant leader who is willing to learn and knows how to get the best out of people from different backgrounds to work in unity. Steve created a mantra/brand for himself called S.H.E.D. It stands for "Striving Higher Every Day".
