Eating disorders can be devastating but yoga can be a helpful intervention when used properly. In this episode, part two of a two-part series, Paige Lichens “comes out” about her journey with eating disorders and how she now helps others ease their suffering through the tools of yoga.

Paige Lichens has been teaching since 2009 with over 5000 hours of classes taught over the last 11 years.  She is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and is working on her Master of Science and C-IAYT at Maryland university of integrative health. Since 2016 she has worked at both in-house and outpatient rehabs for alcohol/drug addictions, and those battling eating disorders and chronic anxiety.  She works at nearby hospital to offer restorative yoga and yoga nidra to work with cancer patients and offers private yoga sessions and public classes.
