Beaver Bites Episode 24 -- Shots Fired: The CPC (un)Civil War (featuring Ryan Lindley, co-host The Sheeple Shepherd podcast)

[Recording Date: July 22 2022]

On this episode of Beaver Bites, we had intended to casually catch you up on that which we could not fit in our previous episode -- and we do get to do a bit of that -- but as the political news never stops, we've been scrambling here at the Beaver Lodge, just to keep up.

In the space of but two days: yet more Skippy (literally skippy) drama as he and the party now seem to be going after each other, as the civil war within Canada's Conservative movement takes another major step towards fracturing into at least 2 (if not into, many pieces) and, of course, the comes with an overabundant chaser of Doug Ford general dumbfuckery because, as we keep saying, the man can't get it done and when he does get something done, it's typically not the right thing, and if it is, it is never done the right way. The man who has no time, really, to fight COVID is once again obsessed with revenge upon city councils -- something NOBODY was asking for -- and making cuts to fundamental democracy.

Mr. Otter, (aka Ryan Lindley, co-host of The Sheeple Shepherd podcast), kindly pops in along the way for this "part two"(-ish) of Tuesday's show.

And of course, as this is a Bites, we are once again flying without a net, minimally scripted...

Please, come join our circle, and share a few laughs and frustrations with us

Canada's blood banks need your help. Please consider paying it forward in advance, as someday, you may be the one who needs blood. After all, rolling up your sleeve to win is much more rewarding than rolling up the rim.

Food Insecurity for Canadians is on rise; please donate to your local Food Bank or Soup Kitchen.

And If you can help more, please enjoy our episode on the subject here [https://podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcast/food-in-security-ft-constance-howes-the-rosie-project/id1564803781?i=1000569212050], and then get in touch with us if you too, would like to be a "Friend of Rosie", and help to keep 5 people alive in Kenya.
