Absolute awesome guys

Totally worth a listen I came across their TikTok and wound up talking to them a little bit on their lives on TikTok and they told me about their podcast over here on Apple podcast which is awesome for me because I love downloading stuff to my iPod I hope nothing but the very best for them and will most definitely be sharing this around they seem to really care about what they’re doing and putting a lot of love into it and they have quite a few interesting topics so I’m willing to keep an open mind that’s the flavour of life and how you find out if you like something 🙏🏻😌 I hope you have the day you deserve

Fantastic!

Jay is such a fun and engaging host. He covers the gamut in every episode. I love how his guest is a jumping off place for really deep and thoughtful conversation. He and Gary are a wonderful team, and as a guest I was so impressed by their preparation and questions. Love it!

The host is skilled at listening and also pulling out topics with such a natural flow. Feels/sounds like friends talking which I think is important for normalizing more open discussions around mental health.
