International relevance

As a US trained pediatrician in solo practice,back home in Trinidad and Tobago, I stumbled upon these podcasts, and they are so relevant and awesome! Dr Una radiates amazing energy, and one can implement her advice straight away...no steep learning curve needed... Thank you, Dr. Una!

Pediatrician

Dr. Una's podcasts have inspired as as I journey through the land on entrepreneurship. She reminds me that I need to stay focused and be persistent duing these trying times. I listen to a podcast as quickly as she posts them and I cannot thank her enough for her guidance and wilingness to share her experiences as an Entrepreneur. If you have not listened to any of her podcasts, you are doing yourself a great disservice. You won't be disappointed.

Encouraging and honest

As someone who is new to having a business, the podcast provides consistent encouragement to my week and helps to keep me focused on taking small steps forward with it! I have gained so many great pieces of knowledge and aha moments from Dr. Una. She speaks to me as an introvert and that this is not an excuse for hiding or retreating, that the skills necessary to help the business succeed are indeed learnable. I appreciate her honesty, her stories of success and failure, and the digestible way in which the podcast is organized.

Very practical teaching

I am a college student and have no plans to become a medical doctor. However, I have been able to apply Dr. Una’s teaching in my studies and in my tutoring business. I’m just thankful she is very generous with the wisdom she has acquired over the years. Thank you Dr. Una!

Great podcasts!

I’m a “newer” physician entrepreneur after many years of intraprenerial work. These podcasts are wonderful for those of us that want to understand business better regardless if you want to run your own practice. As Dr Una says, “we are all entrepreneurs, even if you are the only CEO.” (I think I got it about right!). Regardless, well done and thanks for creating this! I needed the extra energizing.

Empowering

Every Doctor Needs To Hear This!

I enjoyed learning from Dr Una! I followed her on Instagram a while but decided to download during a ling drive today. I learned how normal it is to feel fear but that it is important to take action anyway. I am so elated I found her. So easy to listen to! The lengths are just right! But more importantly, the content is spot on.... Being a physician is no longer enough! Job security does not exist if you are working for someone else. Excellent job!

Celebrating 10 Episodes!

This podcast is super helpful and gives practical tips that if followed will make the business of the person listening to this really stand out. Dr. Una is so relatable and also great at getting results so I recommend everyone who comes across this listens!! I love how Dr. Una encourages listeners to celebrate each milestone they achieve - it leaves me ready and wanting to tackle items on my business to do list right after listening !

Love the transparency!

Looking from a far, you seem nearly perfect! I love this podcast because you talk about overcoming things I think about! I was like wow! She thinks like me and just moves forward any ways! I also loooove that you talk about the bare necessities, all the other add one can come late but you encourage me to start where I am since I definitely have the bare necessities to just START! So thank you Nneka! I’m not even in the medical field and this has been super helpful. Excited to hear more and journey together!

Great Podcast

I had been looking for a podcast that gives physicians business advice. As a medical student, this podcast is a valuable asset to use to help me create the practice I want in the future. This is a great podcast that is constantly dropping gems of info.

That’s My Coach

I love your voice! Someone else could be giving excellent content but if your voice annoys me, I will not listen. So I thank God that your voice is soothing! Ok now for the real stuff, this podcast is what every single Physician needs to listen to. Just hearing your story inspired and gives hope that we can expand past clinical medicine and form 2nd and 3rd streams of income. A monotonous life was what I had before. And now I’m excited 😆 for a future of practicing medicine which I love AND then businesses forming on the side that allow me be creative and put other talents on a stage. The world is wide open!!! I highly suggest this podcast for ALL physicians and any entrepreneur actually.💁🏽‍♀️

Very timely!

This is really what the medical community needs today! Dr. Una really breaks down embracing entrepreneurship. Too many doctors are getting steam rolled and replaced in the marketplace. Love every minute of it!
