Spencer Rosen is the CEO — Chief Energy Officer — of Home Energy Academy. With two decades in energy efficiency, building science, solar, storage, and electrification, he holds 10+ home energy and construction certifications, has personally conducted 1,000+ home energy audits, completed 100+ whole-home retrofits, and trained tens of thousands of homeowners and professionals. Before founding HEA, Spencer ran the audit and retrofit firm Energy Integrity for 8 years and co-invented patented software for solar-plus-storage system design at Enphase, where he earned two innovation awards. Today HEA's library of 20+ courses and 220+ presentations helps contractors, utilities, and homeowners translate complex building science into clear, actionable steps.
