Most guests who appear on The Addiction Podcast – Point of No Return come to us with a purpose: they want their story, message, or expertise to reach as many people as possible. They share their episodes on their own websites and social media, send links to their communities, and actively champion wide distribution. We are proud to support that mission.

4. Guest Information & Recorded Content
Most of our guests actively want their episode/interview distributed as widely as possible. They share their episode link with their own audiences, on their websites, and across social media. We encourage and fully support this.
If you apply to be a guest on the Program, the information you provide in your application will be used to evaluate your participation and, if selected, to produce and promote your episode. This includes your name, biography, photograph, and likeness, which may appear in episode artwork, show notes, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
Some guests — including public figures, celebrities, and professional athletes — may have specific distribution preferences, representation, or contractual considerations. If you have requirements regarding how your episode is promoted or distributed, please communicate those to us prior to recording and we will do our best to accommodate them within the scope of the Program.
Guests are asked to review and agree to our separate Guest Agreement & Release, which governs the recording, editing, publication, and distribution of interview content. By applying or participating, guests consent to the terms of that Agreement.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website (hosted on PodPage) may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.

6. Third-Party Services & Platforms
We use a number of third-party services to operate and distribute the Program. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Each distribution platform operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service. Listeners who access the Program through these platforms may be subject to those platforms’ own data collection and account practices, which are beyond our control.
• YouTube – video publication and distribution
• Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn – social media promotion
• Patreon – membership and community platform
• PayPal / Sigal Consulting Inc. – invoicing and payment processing for sponsorships
• AI platforms (including Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Grok by xAI, and similar tools) – used to assist with transcripts, captions, summaries, content accessibility, and editorial tasks such as enhancing guest biographies, episode descriptions, and podcast titles to improve relevance and audience engagement. Content processed through these tools may be subject to the privacy policies of those respective providers.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party platforms and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Guest application information is retained for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter, primarily for promotional purposes to get the podcast a larger audience. Published episode content, including guest interviews, may remain publicly accessible indefinitely on podcast platforms and social media.
