The Activity Continues

This is our 13th episode, “The Villisca Ax Murder House” was recorded on April 10, 2022.

This week we’re mixing it up a little. Megan recapped the episode “The Ax Murder House” Season 3 Episode 5 (on Discovery+ but S3 E4 on Hulu). It originally aired November 29, 2013.

Amy did some color commentary, she did some research on the crime, watched some TV shows, listened to some podcasts and added some extras.

**content warning this is full of horrible shit: Child murder, sexual acts and brutal murder. Proceed at your own discretion**.

Wow, this episode was a doozy. We did end up talking for almost another hour after what you’ll hear today.

You will hear us reference a listener story in the intro, but we ended up cutting the episode into two parts. So that part will be in Part 2.

If you so choose, you can wait and listen to the episodes back to back next week.

Also I did edit this one into a video so if you want to watch the whole thing straight through you can watch the video version

Pour yourself a glass of cream wine, or your other drink of choice and join us while we fan girl over another podcast, talk about The Sims, the Dead Files Season 14 Finale and gross things murderers do with bacon.

So grab your hankies, hop in the Cadillac, and meet us in the Murder House where… The Activity Continues.

Disclaimer:

This podcast is in no way affiliated with the Travel Channel or the TV show The Dead Files or any of its cast or crew. We’re just a couple of fans that love the show and want to build a community of like-minded people who would enjoy hanging out and discussing the episodes.

Content Warning:

This is a general content warning, many of the episodes of the TV show talk about murders, some even involving children. So that may come up in our conversation as well. So please proceed with that in mind. But if you already watch The Dead Files you’ll be prepared.

Also, while Amy and Steve's swears are bleeped on TV, ours are not.
