Fun and Organic
Had a great time talking with Steven on the podcast for my first book, Children of the Dying Hearth. He's so conversational and engaging that the time flew by. Hope to be on it again when the next book comes out!

I loved the interview. Steven provided a list of questions beforehand so I was able to give more thoughtful answers when we talked. His questions were probing and allowed me flexibility so I could bring out things that I wanted to mention. His conversational style worked well for me.

I was a recent guest on Steve’s show. I loved our conversation. He had thoughtful questions that covered many different areas of my life and book, “Take a Shot at Happiness: How to Write, Direct & Produce the Life You Want.” I really appreciated Steve's curiosity, support, and engagement. It was like talking to a friend. Our hour together went by so quickly. Very grateful to have the opportunity to be on “Teaching Learning Leading K12.”

Steve is an excellent interviewer. His friendly disposition got the best answers from me. I often feel rushed, but Steve allowed the interview to flow at my pace.
Practical Information
The podcast does a great job with covering topics that people can use. It helps the audience understand in new ways from insightful information. The host does a great job with building rapport with the guests.

Steve Miletto is a wonderful interviewer: he made me feel at ease, and he asked key questions that allowed me to speak about my books in a cogent way. I feel like he really helped me inform potential buyers about my books, and encourage people to buy them. He was a wonderful interviewer!

Great experience. Steve's approach is 'conversational', as in talking with a friend. My interview lasted almost an hour but it was never boring or awkward, never repetitive or silly. Steve expertly plies his trade- every button was pushed and every support was provided for me. Astute questions were asked and the follow up always made sense. I couldn't be happier!

The topics discussed, the depth at which those ideas are examined leaves no doubt why this podcast is so successful ! Steve's podcast is one my Top 2 podcasts to listen to. He interviews a wide range of guests on a variety of topics. I have yet to listen to one that isn't valuable and that is practical to my needs. He is personable and makes me feel like we are actually having a conversation. It is worth your time....every single time.
evaluation of interview 11/10/2023
It did not surprise me particularly that Steve was such a skilled and perceptive interviewer; he's been at this for some time. What mildly surprised me (not sure why) was how personable he was. I really enjoyed the conversation, and as especially pleased that we could joke and anecdotalize. Though the conversation was, I hope, informative, it was also a plain delight to have that conversation in the first place. I've done this sort of thing countless times, so when I call our interchange delightful...Well, that's saying something.

I've known Steve for years and have enjoyed collaborating with him on several podcast episodes. This one was unusual for me because the mic was rotated – I was the guest!
