Auto-posting your episodes to social networks

Podpage can automatically post your new episodes (and new reviews, on some networks) to your social accounts as soon as they're imported. Set it up once and every new episode gets shared without any extra effort.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

How to connect an account

  1. In your dashboard, go to Autopilot → Post to Social.
  2. Click Connect Accounts.
  3. Click Connect next to the network you want, and follow the on-screen authorization steps.

Once connected, Podpage starts posting your new episodes to that account automatically.

Supported networks

  • Facebook — posts to a Facebook Page (not a personal profile). Setup guide
  • Instagram — requires a Business or Creator account. Setup guide
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn — personal profiles only; company pages aren't supported.
  • Discord — via a channel webhook. Setup guide
  • Slack — via a channel webhook. Setup guide

Facebook and Twitter can post both new episodes and new reviews. Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Slack post new episodes only.

Adjusting what gets posted

  1. On the Connect Accounts page, click the Connected button next to an account.
  2. Choose Edit settings to turn Auto-Post New Episodes or Auto-Post New Reviews on or off.
  3. You can also choose Send Test Post from the same menu to check the connection.

Disconnecting a network

Click the Connected button next to the account and choose Disconnect. You can reconnect at any time.

Tip: If posts stop appearing, the most common fix is to disconnect and reconnect the account — social networks periodically expire their authorization and require you to re-authenticate.
