Connecting your Podpage to Instagram

Connect your Instagram account to Podpage and your new episodes will be posted to it automatically.

Available on the Pro plan and above.

Important: Your Instagram account must be a Business or Creator account to connect with Podpage, and it must be linked to a Facebook Page. If your account is currently personal, you'll be prompted to convert it during setup.

Step 1: Set up a Facebook Page

You need a Facebook Page to link with your Instagram account. If you don't have one, create it by following Facebook's instructions.

Step 2: Connect Instagram to your Facebook Page

1. Open Meta Business Suite.
2. Go to your Facebook Page.
3. Click the Connect Instagram button near the top.
4. Complete the instructions. If your Instagram account isn't a Business or Creator account yet, you'll be prompted to upgrade it as part of the process.

Step 3: Link Instagram to Podpage

1. In your dashboard, go to Autopilot → Post to Social.
2. Click Connect Accounts.
3. Click Connect next to Instagram.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Podpage. When asked which Instagram accounts to share, include the one for your podcast.

Your Instagram account is now connected, and new episodes will be posted automatically.
