The Apple Smart Banner is a native iOS banner at the top of your website that lets Safari visitors open your show in Apple Podcasts. If yours isn't showing, one of the checks below usually explains it.

How to fix it
- Make sure the banner is turned on. In your dashboard, go to Settings → Mobile Settings and check that Show Apple Smart Banner is enabled.
- Check your Apple Podcasts ID. The banner only works when Podpage knows your show's Apple ID. Go to Reviews → Review Settings and make sure the Apple Podcasts ID field is filled in correctly — it's the numbers after
/idat the end of your show's podcasts.apple.com URL. - View your site in Safari on an iPhone or iPad. Apple only shows Smart Banners in Safari on iOS — you won't see one on desktop, on Android, or in other mobile browsers.
- Try a device that hasn't dismissed it. If you've closed the banner before, Safari remembers and stops showing it to you. Try an iOS device you haven't visited your site from.
