Podpage checks your RSS feed for new episodes automatically. Shows that have published recently are checked about every 30 minutes, and if your podcast host supports Podping, new episodes usually appear on your website within seconds of publishing. Shows that haven't published in a while are checked less often.
Don't want to wait? In your dashboard, go to Episodes → All Episodes — the top of the page shows when your feed was last checked, and you can click the link there to check again immediately.
Videos: If you've connected a YouTube channel, Podpage checks it for new videos at least once a day.
