If you publish your episodes on YouTube too, Podpage can pair them for you. When a new episode is imported, we check your linked YouTube playlist for a matching video and add it to that episode's page automatically.

How to set it up
- On YouTube, create a playlist that contains only your episode videos. A dedicated playlist keeps Podpage from accidentally matching clips, shorts, or other channel content.
- In your dashboard, go to Autopilot → Match YouTube Video.
- Enter your YouTube Episode Playlist ID and click Save.
From then on, every new episode is checked against the playlist as it's imported. The same page shows your videos and their matched episodes, so you can review and adjust any match by hand.
Reviewing and fixing matches
Once your playlist is saved, the Match YouTube Video page shows your episodes and your playlist's videos side by side:
- Each episode shows the title of the video it's matched to. Episodes without one show Assign video.
- An episode whose video isn't in your playlist is flagged Video not in playlist.
- To change a match, click the video label under an episode and pick a different video from the list (or — no video — to remove it).
- To run the matching again right away, click the click here link in the note at the top of the page.
