We don't typically offer prorated refunds when you cancel an annual plan mid-year. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for, so you keep full access to your site until then.
Here's why: annual plans are discounted by roughly a third compared to paying month to month, in exchange for a 12-month commitment. Prorating annual refunds would mean annual subscribers pay less than monthly subscribers for the same period — which wouldn't be fair to podcasters on monthly plans. If you'd rather keep the flexibility to cancel any time, a monthly plan is the better fit.
