Podpage emails you about important activity on your website — things like new voicemails, contact form messages, guest submissions, and mailing list signups. The Notifications page controls where those emails go and which alerts you receive.
How to set your notifications
- In your dashboard, go to Settings → Notifications.
- Enter an address in Email Address for Notifications. If you leave it blank, notifications go to the email you use to log in to Podpage.
- Turn Email Notifications on or off — this one switch controls emails about new activity on your website: new episodes, reviews, voicemails, contact messages, survey responses, and guest registrations. Critical emails about your billing, domain, or feed are always sent.
- Click Save.
Tip: If notifications stop arriving, double-check the address for typos and look in your spam or junk folder — delivery depends on your email provider.
