If you manage a Podpage website and want to hand it over to a new owner, our support team does the actual move for you. Here's how it works.
How to transfer a website
- Have the new owner create a Podpage account at podpage.com/signup. They don't need to create a website — they just need a way to log in.
- If the website doesn't have a paid subscription (it's in a trial or expired), open a support ticket with a link to the website and the new owner's account email. We'll move the site over.
- If the website is on a paid plan, have the new owner add a payment method at podpage.com/billing first. Then send us a support ticket, CCing the new owner, with the transfer request. We'll upgrade their account to your plan level, move the website, and remove that website's subscription from your account (canceling your plan if it was your only website) — so there's no downtime on your custom domain.
