If you manage a Podpage website and want to hand it over to a new owner, our support team does the actual move for you. Here's how it works.
How to transfer a website
- Have the new owner create a Podpage account at podpage.com/signup. They don't need to create a website — they just need a way to log in.
- If the website doesn't have a paid subscription (it's in a trial or expired), open a support ticket with a link to the website and the new owner's account email. We'll move the site over.
- If the website is on a paid plan, have the new owner add a payment method at podpage.com/billing first. Then send us a support ticket, CCing the new owner, with the transfer request. We'll upgrade their account to your plan level, move the website, and cancel the subscription on your account — so there's no downtime on your custom domain.
