They are letting it get them down & make them feel less than…and even unsuccessful themselves. Today 3 coping mechanisms I have found work beautifully to eradicate any jealousy you may be experiencing. I also share some personal stories & life experiences you will surely relate to in order to help stop your jealousy asap.

The 3 coping mechanisms I go over are:
1 - Realize you do not know how people got to where they are today. You don’t know the time, money, efforts, team, practice, failures, etc that they went through - and frankly, you may not have even been willing to do what they did to get there. Realize you do NOT know what it took/takes for them to run their business the way they do.

2 - Change your thoughts from “I’m jealous of him/her for xyz” to “I admire Him/her for xyz” - This SIMPLE shift will make all the difference in your physical & mental reaction to how you view others' successes.

3 - Realize that YOU are next in line to be admired - or may ALREADY be BEING admired RIGHT NOW. Stop focusing on everyone else….do your thing…get moving…pursue your business dream…because others are watching you from afar noticing how amazing you truly are!
