Dealing with the Religious Spirit

In this episode, Dr. Ray Self discusses the problem with the religious spirit. The term itself doesn't seem bad, but the religious spirit can actually be very cruel. To be spiritual is not the problem, but using religion without love and mercy to enforce rules against another person can enter into abusive territory. This spirit has caused many Christians to fall away from the faith.
